30-Day Returns

We want you to love your GentleJewel piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be free of makeup, perfume, or other marks
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that show signs of wear or damage

How to Return

1. Contact us at assistanceteam@gentlejewel.cc with your order number
2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new piece.
